It is thanks to a collaboration of more than 30 years with the cocoa producers of the Millot plantation that we have highlighted the power and the uniqueness of Madagascan cocoa with Manjari. Valrhona introduced this fine Madagascan cocoa in 1990 and Manjari became one of our greatest classics. Its name means to "good" in Madagascar.​
