Waina is an organic white chocolate with a hint of vanilla
We created this white couverture chocolate to add new depth to the Indulgent Creations range’s aromatic palette, and it
stands out for its notes of dairy milk subtly underpinned with vanilla. The name Waina comes from the word “vaina”, which
means “vanilla bean” in Spanish, and this aromatic note is certainly in evidence in this white couverture.
WAINA owes its slightly beige hue to the inclusion of blond cane sugar. It reveals intense notes of fresh milk on the palate, punctuated with creamy touches which combine beautifully with the aroma of bourbon vanilla.
The concentrated milk and liquorice notes that emerge courtesy of the cane sugar give Waina a unique profile which brings out the very best in fruity and spiced desserts.
