L’École Valrhona Brooklyn, the benchmark for pastry and chocolate education, is proud to unveil its 2026 class calendar, a year shaped by creativity, collaboration, flexibility, and a deep commitment to listening to our community.  

Building on over a decade of expertise and connection in Brooklyn, the new calendar introduces a dynamic mix of formats: immersive two and three-day classes and accessible one-day classes designed to meet the evolving schedules and needs of today’s pastry professionals.  

This year also introduces class difficulty levels: Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, to help chefs find the perfect fit for their experience and goals. 

“Our mission has always been to empower chefs to push their craft further while fostering genuine connections,” says Luke Frost, Executive Pastry Chef of L’École Valrhona North America. “In 2026, we’re keeping the same spirit of excellence, but with even more flexibility, creativity, and collaboration.”
