CHEF FREDRIK BORGSKOG
Fredrik Borgskog is currently in the process of opening his own bakery and pastry shop in Gothenburg, Sweden, focusing on the Swedish concept of "fika".
Fredrik previously worked as the pastry chef at a few of Sweden's top restaurants. He was also a member of the Swedish Culinary Team and Swedish pastry team which competed in the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie.
Fredrik Borgskog won the International Valrhona C3 Competition in 2016.
