Stage #1  From 13/04/2026 to 15/05/2026

To participate , send a picture of your best creation showcasing one Exceptional blends Couvertures, in portrait format with a light background, along with a description of the recipe and the ingredients used.

Stage #2  From 15/05/2026 to 19/05/2026

Preselection: The Valrhona team checks the compliance of each application.

Stage #3  From 19/05/2026 to 28/05/2026

Judging phase: A jury of experts will select the 24 most outstanding creations.

Stage #4  09/07/2026

Announcing the results: The chosen creations will be part of the calendar for our Cercle V customers, and showcased every month on social media in 2027!
