Most classes run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and include a lunch break. A typical day follows the schedule below:

8:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Homemade breakfast and coffee
9:00 AM - 12:30 PM: Hands-on class
12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Lunch break
1:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Hands-on class
Day 1 of 3 or 4-Day Classes Only | 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM: Happy Hour gathering with fellow participants and the L'École team
