Chef Karim Bourgi is an artisan pastry chef based in Dubai. As the Corporate Pastry Chef for Al Mana Group, he managed the openings of La Maison Du Chocolat Paris in Dubai and Kuwait. He ran the opening of the Hermes Paris Cafe in Fashion Avenue in Dubai Mall.
This pastry lover, born in Senegal from Lebanese parents, graduated in Le Cordon Bleu Paris in 2000 and trained in the finest establishments in France.
He is a member of Les Toques Blanches Du Monde and works closely with Valrhona, Elle & Vire, Bravo, and Sasa Demarle.
His desserts and creations have earned him hundreds of thousands of followers on social networks. Currently, he is active as a private consultant and instructs pastry master classes all over the world.
